The Senior Business Analytics Consultant on PNC’s Customer Interaction Management Strategy & Analytics team will play a critical role in accelerating profitable marketing growth by developing, applying, and scaling next-best-everything decisioning optimizations. The role focuses on improving the quality, performance, and stability of self learning models by developing analyses and business cases while partnering closely with data science teams and key business stakeholders. The Senior Business Analytics Consultant will generate key analytical insights that inform decision inputs, including algorithm refinement, value frameworks, propensity models, constraints, and business rules, while incorporating enterprise and channel context and ensuring regulatory compliance.
