About The Position

The Senior Business Analyst role (or Program Manager) within Compliance Platform Strategy is crucial in enabling Corporate Services Technology (CST) to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates! This role will analyze complex business components to identify operational, financial, technological or improvement opportunities. They will serve as a leader and liaison between cross-functional teams. The Senior Business Analyst (or Program Manager) role provides an outstanding opportunity to develop a broad and deep understanding of the Compliance businesses! This role requires partnership and close collaboration with project teams to drive requirements gathering, in-depth end-user testing, collect feedback and incorporate recommendations into future requirements releases. You will ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements, while maintaining relationships with various partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
Ability to analyze and document business processes and complex test cases.
Shown experience in creating and analyzing workflows.
Develop and deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Strong ability to partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Solid track record to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work independently, and deliver timely results.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities.
