About The Position

Based in Kendall Square, Massachusetts, the Senior Business Analyst connects biologics discovery scientists with scalable digital platforms that accelerate discovery and improve speed, quality, and reproducibility. The role partners with Biologic Engineering scientists, senior leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to shape business cases, define requirements, and coordinate laboratory and data-flow automation. It ensures solutions meet quality and compliance standards, integrate across teams, and deliver measurable value. The position operates with autonomy, aligns teams worldwide, mentors Business Analysts, and embeds Scaled Agile practices to take initiatives from idea to delivery. The role owns and prioritizes the team backlog and demand for laboratory and data-flow automation, supporting AI-ready pipelines. It elicits and translates needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; shapes product visions and multi-quarter roadmaps; and balances immediate delivery with scalable platform outcomes. It maps processes and data flows, supports traceability, testing, release quality, risk management, and decision-making, and coordinates dependencies across discovery labs, data and AI teams, automation engineering, and platform technology groups. It also mentors colleagues and contributes shared playbooks, templates, and communities of practice. The position is based on an average expectation of at least three days per week in the office, with flexibility. The annual base pay range is $153,018.40 to $229,527.60. The role offers a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and, for salaried roles, eligibility to participate in an equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits include a qualified retirement program (401(k)), paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, and medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage, subject to plan terms and conditions.
