Senior Business Analyst (Finance & Sales)

Nebius•New York City, NY

About The Position

Nebius is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Finance and Sales and turn data into business decisions. The analyst will own key company metrics, including revenue (ARR/MRR), bookings, pipeline, conversion, net revenue retention, and gross margin. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role requiring comfort with both leadership and board-level discussions and technical analysis. The analyst will define core metrics and establish a shared source of truth, support financial planning and reporting, analyze sales performance, monitor business trends, and build revenue and pipeline models. They will use SQL and Python to model data, automate reporting, and conduct analyses, while translating findings into recommendations and supporting strategic initiatives. Nebius builds a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam, is listed on Nasdaq, has R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel, and has a team of more than 1,500 people. The role is associated with Tavily, acquired by Nebius, which provides search and intelligence capabilities for AI agents and retrieval systems.
