Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Finance, or related area preferred, or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Transportation experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience in Fabric, Tableau, and Workday preferred.
  • A mindful approach grounded in analysis, curiosity, and a dedication to detail.
  • Self-starter that can work independently.

  • Transportation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations, sales, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities and drive performance.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify root causes of operational and financial challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support RFPs, pricing initiatives, and cross-functional projects with timely, accurate analysis.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a liaison across operations, maintenance, accounting, and pricing to support aligned execution.
  • Build financial and operational models to inform business decisions and performance improvement.
