About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories. This role involves translating high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRA, and partnering with Engineering and Design teams to ensure clear understanding and proper implementation. The analyst will support the development and refinement of user epics and stories for agile workflows, analyze current systems and processes for improvements or automation, and support user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions. Additionally, the role involves supporting the measurement and reporting of product performance, assisting in creating and maintaining documentation (process flows, data models, use cases, test scenarios), facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, and providing support during user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within a digital or enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience working with agile development teams and processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business outcomes
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering value to end users

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital web applications or enterprise software, ideally within hospitality or B2B environments
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, integrations, APIs, and Figma
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to synthesize complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities
