About The Position

DataHouse is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work with data to support business outcomes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and implementation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Contribute to and/or support business analysis initiatives and projects, depending on level
• Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decisions
• Develop business cases and support feasibility analysis for new initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to support system implementations
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to stakeholders
• Document workflows, use cases, and process models
• Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new processes or systems
