About The Position

As a Senior Business Analyst (Workflow Configuration) at Gainwell, you will help clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve. You will clarify and document workflow requirements, design and develop workflow processes using a configuration tool, and support testing, training, and deployment of workflow solutions across higher environments. This is a fully remote opportunity within the U.S., with minimal travel (0–10%).

Requirements

Three or more years of business analysis experience.
Experience working at the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization.
Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
Experience with computer programming concepts and basic language.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings with client resources to clarify and document workflow requirements for all MITA functional areas.
Use the workflow configuration tool to design and develop workflow processes, including index field definitions, queues, routing rules, valid value lists, and user security.
Assist with creating test cases and test data, and analyzing test results related to workflows.
Assist with implementing user training tools and workflow documentation.
Support delivery of workflow solutions through design, development, unit testing, and deployment in each of the higher environments.
