About The Position

As a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice. You will offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients, working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in an ever-changing market environment. Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Requirements

  • Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply chain/ Logistics planning, Demand planning, Supply planning, Materials planning, Inventory planning, Capacity planning, Master Production Scheduling, Sales Planning and Customer Logistics, Business/ Long term network capacity planning
  • Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.

  • Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Distribution requirements planning
  • Rough cut capacity planning
  • Inventory Management
  • SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
  • E2E Planning Transformation
  • Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
