About The Position

Senior Business Analyst - Shop Order Execution Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Shop Order Execution to support the BDS Manufacturing Digital Transformation team responsible for delivering the Siemens Opcenter MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) enterprise solution across all BDS production sites via Project Sapphire. The analyst will operate within a cross-functional team that defines requirements, designs solutions, develops, and tests the Opcenter MES, as well as coordinates retirement of MESci (Manufacturing Execution System Common Image). This role requires strong MES domain knowledge and the ability to coordinate across Project Sapphire integrated product teams (IPTs). This position can be located in Mesa AZ, El Segundo CA, Huntsville AL, Everett WA, St Louis MO, or Ridley Park PA. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of BDS manufacturing processes, data systems, and metrics
• Minimum 3 years of experience with technical writing and/or process and requirements definition
• Minimum 3 years of experience with continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Define BDS enterprise processes and requirements for Manufacturing Digital Transformation, primarily Shop Order Execution
• Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization for team activities to support ongoing agile development and in accordance with committed BDS MOM commitments and implementations
• Coordinate and communicate across teams to address and validate dependencies
• Author development packages and coordinate handoff and development with agile development teams
• Perform testing and validation of software in relation to enterprise processes and requirements
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Shop Order Execution training material
