About The Position

As a Senior Business Analyst - Procore, you will own the Procore workstream within Modigent’s Horizons Program — our enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiative. You will lead current-state assessments, future-state design, configuration, training, and ongoing support for Procore across multiple operating companies. This role requires you to balance forward-looking implementations with growing day-to-day operational support for live deployments. You will serve as the primary Procore expert, ensuring the platform effectively supports project management, field operations, quality & safety, and construction workflows as Modigent scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Procore implementation, configuration, deployment, and operational support experience across multiple sites or organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Deep expertise in Procore modules, including Project Management, Field Operations, Quality & Safety, and non-financial configuration.
  • Strong experience conducting current-state assessments and future-state process design for construction operations.
  • Proven ability to manage both new implementations and live operational support simultaneously.
  • Excellent training and change management skills with experience delivering role-based instruction to field and project teams.
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, subcontractor management, and field operations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to work effectively with operations, project teams, and leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Procore’s integration layer (MuleSoft, APIs, or ERP connectors) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Procore current-state assessments for each operating company, documenting existing processes, workflows, and data structures.
  • Own future-state design and gap analysis: define how each OpCo will operate in Procore, document gaps against the Horizons standard, and secure business sign-off at every phase gate.
  • Execute Procore non-financials deployments (project management, field operations, quality & safety) for each OpCo, including configuration, validation, training, and go-live support.
  • Build and maintain the Procore playbook, including workflows, configuration decisions, and operational procedures to serve as the institutional knowledge base for the program.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for live OpCos, resolving user questions, configuration issues, escalations, and platform incidents as the number of live deployments grows.
  • Partner with the Implementation Project Manager, Data Migration Lead, and other workstream leads to ensure alignment on data readiness, field mapping, and validation criteria.
  • Develop and deliver role-based Procore training for field crews, project teams, and operational staff, including internal certification assessments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Procore processes, standards, and best practices as the Horizons Program expands.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and level, with opportunities for performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA options with employer contributions in select plans, and company-paid basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.
  • Paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan to support your long-term financial well-being.
  • Professional development through hands-on training, mentorship, and clear career advancement paths across our nationwide operating companies.
  • Inclusive, supportive culture that values diversity, dignity, respect, collaboration, integrity, and personal fulfillment—empowering you to build a rewarding, long-term career.
