About The Position

Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking a ProCore Administrator to join the Construction and Development Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in related field required
  • Experience working in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Ability to listen and respond to specific requests as directed by project managers and department leaders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on multiple levels in written and verbal form
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project and, Visio
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of overall management and proper use of Procore software functions, workflows, and customization.
  • Assist in training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Assist in the development of training documents and workflows.
  • Provide and identify teams or individuals who may need additional support and training.
  • Develop a team member orientation, and provide initial onboarding training through webinars, conference calls, or in-person training.
  • Perform monthly project reviews to qualify and clean project data, and ensure the quality of the data; retrain as required where gaps occur.
  • Participate in personal training and conferences to remain current with all software developments, releases, and program revisions.
  • Maintain a report of irregularities and user interface errors and provide consistent feedback.
  • Provide other training and data integrity reviews as time allows.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes for the Member Advisory Council, Design Review Committee, and weekly Project Manager meetings; organize and prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and submit permit packages to the town municipality, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Prepare and process contracts and proposals utilizing DocuSign.
  • Coordinate and administer onboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer project closeout procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
