This role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, business rules, and testing system implementation and delivery lifecycles for the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group. The position will oversee and guide operations projects to successful completion, focusing on integrating new products/businesses into ACBS. The analyst will lead reviews of processes and functional infrastructures, identifying opportunities for re-design and improvement, and working collaboratively with process owners and users. Participation in business unit and functional unit driven initiatives is also a key aspect of this role.
