About The Position

As a Managed Services - Senior Business Analyst - Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, while coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. In this role at PwC, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will encourage team members to develop skills outside their comfort zone and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen their professional abilities. Addressing conflicts or issues, you will engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate, while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience

Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet client expectations
Analyzing complex data systems to identify linkages and interactions between components
Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
Encouraging skill development and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery
Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
