About The Position

The Analyst works with all facets and levels of the enterprise supply chain organization (procurement, logistics, materials, etc.). Our Senior Analyst will also be interacting and preparing detailed reports for our C-Suite leadership. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong analytical and data skills, including experience with SAP, Corridor, Power BI, and BOBJ. They bring a solid understanding of procurement processes and strategies, along with the ability to think creatively and approach challenges from new angles. This individual can balance detailed analysis with a high-level perspective, effectively connecting data insights to broader projects and organizational initiatives. Coding is not a requirement for the position, but will be involved in very light coding. Procurement or supply chain knowledge/experience is a huge plus.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related required or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
6 years experience in an analytical or technical support function or general data analysis/extraction experience.
Possesses agility for learning technical and business concepts.
Understands the application of data information to support business functions.
Knowledge of industry best practices.
Must be detailed oriented with an ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database.
Working knowledge of data reporting/analysis tools and techniques and leveraging databases.
Working knowledge of identifying, documenting, and analyzing business and/or data requirements.
Working knowledge of data extraction techniques and applications.
Understands the application of data information to support business functions.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP, Corridor, Power BI, and BOBJ.
Solid understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
Ability to think creatively and approach challenges from new angles.
Ability to balance detailed analysis with a high-level perspective, effectively connecting data insights to broader projects and organizational initiatives.
Very light coding will be involved.
Procurement or supply chain knowledge/experience is a huge plus.
An understanding of data aggregation/manipulation through table joins/queries and database design (preferred).
Understanding of relational and dimensional data models and structure (preferred).

Responsibilities

Facilitates gathering moderately complex business requirements by defining the business problem, identifying data requirements and isolating data elements.
Maintains and assists in the development of moderately complex business solutions, which may include data, reporting, business intelligence or analytics.
Leverages a basic understanding of multiple data structures and sources (possesses a working knowledge of multiple data stores) to perform moderate complex data manipulation using standard data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.
Develops intermediate business knowledge of the functional area and processes to understand the application of data information to support business functions.
Supports the implementation of technical data solutions and standards.
Support data governance, integrity, quality, and audit functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
