This position is an onsite opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. This role is 100% onsite in Alameda.

Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel (analyze large dataset, vlook-up, pivot, etc.) required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office/Outlook

  • Detail oriented and high accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meets deadline in a timely manner
  • Possess experience using ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Salesforce
  • Work experience in a procedurally controlled business environment and working with multiple vendors/partners

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of warranty orders within ADC’s ERP system, SAP, as necessary.
  • Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent out of stock.
  • Monitor weekly reports and troubleshoot orders which are not fulfilled.
  • Respond to internal & external customer inquiries regarding customer service & logistics issues. Research issues in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Send advance ship notice to warehouse.
  • Create weekly return kit orders.
  • Participate in weekly meeting with Abbott Back-office Team meetings.
  • Analyze weekly & monthly reports to ensure we meet KPI.
  • Create PowerPoint slides for monthly KPI meetings and adhoc reports.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule/deadlines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across divisions (Demand Planning, Finance, Transportation, etc.).
  • All work efforts must meet compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
