We are currently recruiting for an open vacancy for Senior Brand Manager to join our Personal Care organization immediately. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant Brand Management experience.
  • Experience working with data sets (example: Nielsen data) and ability to synthesize data into actionable business strategies.
  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week in our Toronto office.

Nice To Haves

  • Consumer product goods experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Insights, Advertising, and Media/PR Agencies) to develop strategies to grow the multi-million dollar Secret & Native brands.
  • Lead and execute the go-to-market and consumer insight-led brand plans behind our innovation product launches.
  • Be a highly visible business leader for these key brands, working directly with our Regional Business Unit to support growth objectives. You'll also find a collaborative and effective working relationship with our counterparts in the United States, fostering a truly integrated North American strategy.
  • Analyze complex data to identify consumer and business insights to enable Brand leaders as they set direction for brand growth.
  • Innovate, explore, and test new marketing ideas in an environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged.
  • Manage a significant business, leading a diverse portfolio of strategic projects.
