About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Brand Designer to lead and scale our visual identity and brand expression. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand consistency across all media channels while producing high-quality web, print, and motion graphic assets, partnering cross-functionally to support our fast-growing business. This is a senior level individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to build and optimize brand frameworks and creative content pipelines that support the continued success of Limble. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing Strategy and Brand and collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the organization. How you’ll make an impact Drive brand consistency by utilizing your proven graphic design experience to develop and influence how Limble's brand expresses itself through print, digital, and motion assets. Design compelling collateral in all media, including website updates, marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and internal and external communications. Integrate motion and static graphics seamlessly into sales enablement materials, marketing emails, social media campaigns, YouTube videos, and the corporate website. Manage end-to-end content project pipelines independently from conceptualization and design through delivery, post-production, and iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal departments to review feedback, solve design challenges, and align visuals with strategic business objectives. Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders, balancing their requests with what's right for the brand. Measurable support of Marketing's pipeline goals through effective creative assets and campaigns.
