About The Position

Maven is seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Senior Brand Designer to join their Brand Creative Team. This role is crucial in developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on driving measurable ROI. The Senior Designer will also lead the evolution of Maven's visual identity across all brand touchpoints, including web, digital, and social media. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative strategies and visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience. The ideal candidate is a master of visual storytelling, understands how design influences user behavior, and contributes to business goals. A strong background in brand design and visual identity for B2B/B2C is essential, with healthcare experience being a plus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual brand strategies that align with business goals and proactively propose solutions to improve project outcomes.
  • Build upon and evolve brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems across marketing and product projects.
  • Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing material for channels like paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web, landing pages, and video.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, presenting creative concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Drive and own project deadlines, maintain clear goals, flag blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Elevate design skills by supporting team members with peer feedback through design critiques.
