About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Brand and Marketing Lead (US) to define and drive how Cureety is understood, positioned, and adopted in the US. You will own both positioning and execution — from shaping the narrative to activating it in the field. You will report directly to the CMO and work in close partnership with the COO (US Market Lead), as well as Product and leadership teams. You will also ensure strong alignment with our European marketing efforts. Your role is to translate a solution already used at scale in Europe into a clear, credible, and relevant story for the US healthcare ecosystem — grounded in how care is actually delivered. This role sits at the intersection of product, care delivery, and market adoption. You will help move solutions from pilots to real deployment. You will contribute to shaping more continuous and patient-centered care models, grounded in real patient and care team experience. You will help bridge the gap between what the product enables and how care is actually delivered on the ground. You will work on a mission-critical topic in one of the most complex areas of healthcare. You will join at a pivotal moment in our US expansion. You will help shape how a European healthtech company scales and delivers impact in the US. You will work closely with leadership and contribute to key strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and continuously refine how Cureety positions itself in the US — not as a static message, but as a living narrative shaped by product evolution, clinical evidence, and field reality.
  • Build a brand and narrative that reflect both our mission and the way our solution is used in real care settings — making complex clinical value understandable without oversimplifying it.
  • Spend time close to the field: engaging with clinicians, care teams, and partners to understand constraints, workflows, and decision drivers — and translate these insights into sharper positioning and communication.
  • Contribute to strengthening Cureety’s credibility by working closely with medical and research teams to anchor communication in clinical evidence and real-world outcomes.
  • Lead our presence in key oncology and healthcare events, with a focus on tangible outcomes — from building relationships to supporting early adoption and partnerships.
