The Bowes Wealth Management team delivers discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management with integrated cross-border expertise, including the management of U.S. retirement plans for Canada–U.S. clients. As a high-performing, multi-advisor team based in Toronto’s Queens Quay, we serve high-net-worth families, business owners, and institutional relationships with disciplined, goals-based wealth management. This is a hybrid position, with 4 days a week in-office. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Senior Branch Administrator to join our wealth management branch. This is a senior administrative and operational role supporting and or leading Financial Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Investment Associates, administrative staff, and the broader branch team. The successful candidate will be a trusted “go-to” resource within the branch, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, client service is delivered at a high standard, and key branch processes are completed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone with strong investment industry experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting others, and taking initiative without waiting to be assigned tasks. The focus is on senior-level administration, client service, marketing, branch operations, process leadership, management of the administration team and advisor/team support.
