About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping the center operating efficiently from a technical perspective. The manager will oversee a team of mechanics responsible for the operation and maintenance of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes, and other facility equipment. This position involves managing all center maintenance and repairs, providing leadership to the technical team, and supporting the General Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience

  • An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bowling center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective to ensure efficient operation.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics, supervising them on a daily basis.
  • Provide training and instruction to mechanics on machine operation, safety procedures, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate laws and policies, including OSHA safety practices.
  • Monitor and maintain machine stop records and summaries to determine repair needs.
  • Schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and life/safety systems.
  • Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades.
  • Obtain bids for routine and emergency repairs/maintenance.
  • Suggest improvements to equipment to reduce environmental impact and cost.
