Requirements

• 3–5+ years of BAS/controls industry experience.
• Tridium AX/N4 certification.
• TCP/IP and MSTP networks; Modbus, LON and BACnet knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning.
• Familiar with BAS communication protocols, BACnet and Modbus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues within systems.
• Analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries.
• Perform preventative & predictive maintenance on BAS systems.
• Create controls databases from scratch.
• Create BAS system graphics.
• Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers.
• Repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS.
