About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to business decisions. The role identifies operational friction and translates it into opportunities for data, analytics, and AI/ML, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Product, internal financial systems teams, finance leadership, and technical delivery and engineering teams. Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is important. The Product Manager will develop PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements while technical delivery managers and engineering teams design technical solutions. The role also ensures that quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately represented in downstream data products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience in Financial Systems, financial systems BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Solid understanding of accounting terminology, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlements, and downstream revenue recognition, including ASC 606 impacts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to proactively engage product managers and finance and legal leaders to map processes and drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERPs such as Workday, NetSuite, and SAP, and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Conceptual familiarity with modern data stacks and corporate finance applications of GenAI, LLMs, or predictive machine-learning models.
  • Experience in a high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environment with complex deal structures.
  • Background in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement methodologies applied to financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships across internal financial systems teams, including Orders, Invoicing, and Billing, and with finance leadership to identify operational friction points.
  • Connect operational pain points to BI, machine learning, and AI opportunities, uncovering the business needs behind financial data requests.
  • Create PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements, working with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams on delivery.
  • Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.

Benefits

  • Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
  • USD-based compensation with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
  • Projects involving modern solutions for Fortune 500 and top product companies.
  • Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
