Senior BI Product Manager ID65844

AgileEngine•Austin, TX

About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes and connect financial data to business decisions. The role translates operational friction into opportunities for data, analytics, and AI/ML, partnering with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Product, internal financial systems teams, and finance leadership. Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is important. The Product Manager will document business needs and financial processes, define product requirements and roadmaps, and work with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams responsible for technical solutions. The role also ensures that complex commercial and financial processes are represented accurately in downstream data products. The position offers flexible scheduling with remote and office options, professional growth programs, competitive USD-based compensation, and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience in Financial Systems, financial systems business intelligence, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Solid understanding of accounting terminology, contract lifecycles, billing, entitlements, and downstream revenue recognition, including ASC 606 impacts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to proactively engage product managers and finance and legal leaders to map processes and build alignment.
  • Experience validating pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERPs such as Workday, NetSuite, and SAP, and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Conceptual familiarity with modern data stacks and corporate finance applications of GenAI, LLMs, or predictive machine learning.
  • Experience in a high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environment involving complex deal structures.
  • Background in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma applied to financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal financial systems teams—including Orders, Invoicing, and Billing—and finance leaders to identify operational friction points.
  • Translate operational pain points into BI, machine learning, and AI opportunities, identifying the underlying needs behind financial data requests.
  • Create product requirements documents, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements in partnership with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
  • Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately represented in downstream data products.

Benefits

  • Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
  • USD-based competitive compensation.
  • Education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
  • Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
  • Projects involving modern solutions for Fortune 500 and top product companies.
