Senior BI Product Manager ID65844

AgileEngine•Baltimore, MD

About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to business decisions. The role identifies operational friction and translates it into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Product, internal financial systems teams, and finance leadership. Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is important. The manager will develop product requirements and roadmaps, document business processes, and ensure commercial and financial processes—including quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition—are accurately represented in downstream data products. Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams architect and implement the technical solutions. AgileEngine describes itself as an Inc. 5000 company creating software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries, with a people-first culture and multiple Best Place to Work awards. The company offers professional growth opportunities, USD-based compensation, project opportunities, and flexible scheduling with remote and office options.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to proactively engage product, finance, and legal leaders to map processes and drive alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal Financial Systems teams (Orders, Invoicing, and Billing) and finance leadership to identify operational friction points.
  • Connect operational pain points to BI, machine learning, and AI opportunities, uncovering the reasons behind financial data needs.
  • Author product requirements documents, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements, partnering with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
  • Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.
  • Validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Map processes and drive alignment with product managers, finance leaders, and legal leaders.

Benefits
