About The Position

The role translates operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities, in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product. Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is important. The position builds relationships across Financial Systems teams and finance leadership, identifies operational pain points, and turns those needs into BI and data-product requirements. The Senior BI Product Manager authors product requirements and roadmaps, partnering with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions. The role also ensures complex commercial and financial processes are accurately represented in downstream data products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, Financial Systems BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Solid understanding of accounting terminology, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition, including ASC 606 impacts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to proactively engage product managers and finance and legal leaders to map processes and drive alignment.
  • Ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including experience defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, and SAP, and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Conceptual familiarity with modern data stacks and applications of GenAI, LLMs, or predictive ML models in corporate finance.
  • Experience in a high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environment with complex deal structures.
  • Background in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma applied to financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships across internal Financial Systems teams, including Orders, Invoicing, and Billing, and with finance leadership to identify operational friction points.
  • Connect operational pain points to BI, Machine Learning, and AI opportunities, determining the underlying needs for financial data.
  • Author product requirement documents, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements in partnership with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
  • Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.

Benefits

  • Professional growth opportunities, including mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
  • USD-based compensation with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
  • Exciting projects involving modern solutions for Fortune 500 and top product companies.
  • Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
