Senior BI Product Manager ID65844

AgileEngine•Richmond, VA

About The Position

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to business decisions. The role translates operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities and works with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Product, internal financial systems teams, finance leadership, and technical delivery and engineering teams. Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is important. The Senior BI Product Manager builds relationships across Orders, Invoicing, and Billing teams to identify operational pain points; connects those needs to BI, machine learning, and AI opportunities; and documents product direction and non-technical business requirements for technical teams to implement. The role also ensures that commercial and financial processes—including quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition—are accurately represented in downstream data products. The position requires US authorization to work for any employer; the company cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship. AgileEngine offers professional growth opportunities, USD-based compensation, budgets for education, fitness, and team activities, projects with major companies, and a flexible schedule with remote and office options.

  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including experience defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERPs such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP, and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
