  • Experience validating pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills, including defining non-technical functional specifications for technical teams.
  • General understanding of ERPs such as Workday, NetSuite, and SAP, and CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad, including how their data flows into BI platforms.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environment with complex deal structures.
  • Background in contract analytics, obligation tracking, or process-improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma applied to financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships across internal FinSys teams, including Orders, Invoicing, and Billing, and with finance leadership to identify operational friction points.
  • Connect operational pain points to BI, machine learning, and AI opportunities, clarifying the business questions and needs behind financial data.
  • Author PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements in partnership with Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams.
  • Ensure quoting, deal structuring, billing, and revenue recognition processes are accurately captured in downstream data products.

Benefits

  • Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
  • USD-based compensation.
  • Education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
