Senior Benefits Manager

CoreWeaveLivingston, NJ
Hybrid

About The Position

In this role, you will own the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across countries and jurisdictions. You'll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market. Day-to-day, you'll manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets. You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a benefits leader who thrives in a scaling, international environment.

  • Proven track record of leading benefits program design and benchmarking in high-growth or technology environments
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and benefits administration systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model plan costs, conduct ROI analysis, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience leading open enrollment end-to-end, including communications planning, system configuration, and employee education
