As the Global Benefits Manager for NAMER (U.S. & Canada) and TTD’s Global Programs, this role involves partnering with key leaders to provide scalable benefits. The position drives the overall strategy of researching, designing, and managing effective, cost-efficient benefits for the U.S., Canada, and TTD’s Global Programs, including health and welfare, retirement, Fertility Benefits, EAP, Financial Wellness, Business Travel Medical, and some time off policies. The manager will be a key member of the Global Benefits team, ensuring an efficient, organized, and high-performing team that delivers great service to internal clients, and will liaison with the benefits team, employees, managers, legal, and the broader Global People Solutions team.
