This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, drives operational excellence, and enhances the overall employee experience. The Senior Manager leads and develops a team of benefits and compensation professionals while partnering with leadership, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective programs.
