About The Position

A well-established, growing financial services company in Austin, TX is looking to add a Senior Benefits and Leave Analyst to their team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s Benefits and Leave programs/processes. While the day-to-day administration of the company’s benefits is outsourced, this person will be providing internal insight, conducting audits, answering employee questions, running open enrollment, and ensuring compliance. This is an individual contributor role.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on as well as strategic Benefits and Leave experience
• Experience in start-ups, small, or mid-sized companies is strongly preferred
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the company’s Benefits and Leave programs/processes
• Providing internal insight into benefits administration
• Conducting audits of benefits programs
• Answering employee questions regarding benefits
• Running open enrollment
• Ensuring compliance with benefits and leave regulations
