About The Position

American Management Services, Inc. is looking for high-energy hunters for our Orlando office. This is a high-volume outbound role for those who thrive on the chase. The role involves calling businesses, talking to decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments. This is not a customer service or entry-level position, and requires a high tolerance for rejection and a proactive approach to sales. The ideal candidate enjoys performance-based pay and is comfortable with a high volume of daily dials.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B cold calling experience
  • Comfortable with 75-100+ dials a day
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay
  • Punctual and accountable for numbers
