About The Position

We are looking for a remote Outbound Sales Call Center Agent to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center environments
  • Proven cold-calling experience with strong objection-handling abilities
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt communication to different personality types
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and committed to long-term career development
  • A laptop or desktop computer capable of handling daily work tasks efficiently
  • Stable and high-speed internet connection suitable for uninterrupted calls and online systems
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace for professional communication with customers

  • Proven experience in closing high-ticket offers such as coaching, medical, wellness, or consulting services
  • Ability to sell across multiple price points and product types
  • Consultative, ethical, and client-first approach to sales
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, follow-up, and lead nurturing
  • Familiarity with medical, health, wellness, info-products, or food supplements is considered an advantage
  • Backup internet or power solution is considered an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues
  • Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls
  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services
  • Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
