About The Position

American Management Services, Inc. is looking for high-energy hunters for our Orlando office. This is a high-volume outbound role for those who thrive on the chase. If dialing doesn’t scare you and results excite you, this could be your next win. This role involves calling businesses, talking to decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments. It is a performance-based role with uncapped commission. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a high volume of dials per day, can handle rejection, and is motivated by performance-based pay.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B cold calling experience
  • Comfortable with 75-100+ dials a day
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay
  • Punctual and accountable for numbers
