About The Position

We are seeking a Senior-level Security Architect with approximately 8+ years of experience, ideally having progressed from an engineering background into architecture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working closely with Application, Infrastructure, and Solution Architects. This role requires strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as regulatory and compliance-focused audiences. The role involves supporting modernization initiatives within retail technology and providing practical security guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of experience, ideally progressed from an engineering background into architecture.
• Proven experience working closely with Application, Infrastructure, and Solution Architects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as regulatory and compliance-focused audiences.
• Application Security experience.
• API Security experience.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Network Security experience.
• Experience in Hybrid Cloud Environments.
• Security Architecture experience within large-scale modernization or transformation programs.
• AWS and Azure cloud security expertise.
• Experience supporting migrations from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.

• Experience in large, highly regulated enterprises.
• Security certifications are a plus.
