About The Position

Our team is responsible for quality assurance across a range of services that support the company’s operational activities - from the gaming platform itself and internal back-office systems to customer-facing websites. We continuously improve our processes step by step, focusing on long-term product quality and sustainable development practices. We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer who can independently develop and improve automated testing solutions where automation brings real value and helps make the testing process more efficient. We keep formal meetings to a minimum - one weekly stand-up and additional discussions only when necessary. We value autonomy, ownership, and the ability to effectively organise your own work. Our focus is maintaining a healthy balance between product quality, business goals, long-term project sustainability, and a positive team environment throughout the development process. Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with independent framework development
API automation experience
Understanding of Python engineering practices
Code review skills
Good logical and technical thinking
Decent level of experience-based testing
Ability to identify areas where automation provides real value
Ability to efficiently use AI tools and stay up to date with AI trends
Ability to effectively organise and manage your own working hours
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Good level of written English
Ability to collaborate with team members across different work areas

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test infrastructure
Analyse test results, investigate failures, and help identify root causes of issues
Collaborate with developers and team members to improve overall product quality
Create and maintain test documentation and test cases
Identify areas where automation can improve testing efficiency and coverage
