Quality engineering is a core part of this journey, and automation will play a critical role in ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance from day one. We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help define and build this foundation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA Automation / Software Testing
- Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright and TypeScript
- Solid experience testing APIs, UI, and complex integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Strong understanding of modern web apps, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with test strategy, architecture, and risk-based coverage
- Ability to work independently in low-coverage environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in iGaming, casino, or similar complex transactional systems
- Experience testing platforms with payments, wallets, or compliance requirements
- Experience building automation for integration-heavy systems
- Exposure to observability, monitoring, or performance testing
- Strong interest in system design and long-term maintainability
Responsibilities
- Design and build a scalable automation framework from scratch using Playwright and TypeScript
- Define the automation strategy and test architecture across UI, API, and integration layers
- Drive coverage of critical business flows (payments, wallets, KYC, gameplay, and transactions)
- Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines with strong quality gates and fast feedback loops
- Own quality across complex integrations and distributed systems
- Work closely with engineering to ensure quality is built in from day one
- Mentor others and help shape QA standards as the team grows
