About The Position

Under limited direction, the Senior Automation Developer designs and builds modern automations across multiple platforms, connects on-premises systems with cloud services, and helps embed AI and agentic capabilities into work processes. The role turns manual, error-prone processes into secure, resilient, observable automations using RPA, low-code/no-code automation, iPaaS, APIs, and cloud functions. Experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into workflows is a major plus. This is a hands-on, collaborative position that partners with business stakeholders, architects, security, and data teams to prioritize automation opportunities, implement solutions, and establish automation standards and best practices. The position is currently hybrid-eligible, with three pre-assigned onsite days per week. California residency and residence within a 50-mile commute of the Santa Ana headquarters are required. The targeted annual salary range is $146,336 to $182,920; the final offer depends on experience, education, training, certifications, and specialized skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional experience with at least two categories of tools: RPA platforms, low-code/workflow automation, or iPaaS/orchestration.
  • Strong experience building cloud-native integrations and automations with cloud functions, REST APIs, OAuth2/OIDC, webhooks, JSON, and basic cloud services such as storage, queues, event buses, and secrets management.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Experience using Git or similar version control and comfort working in a CI/CD environment.
  • Solid programming or scripting capability in at least one language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java.
