About The Position

ClearPoint CPAs is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to work with a diverse client base across industries. The role provides hands-on experience in a collaborative firm that emphasizes integrity, professional development, and high-quality client service. The Senior Audit Associate assists with audit, review, and compilation engagements; performs audit fieldwork; prepares workpapers; communicates with clients; and supports staff development and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting or a related role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Working toward a CPA license or plans to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base.
• Perform fieldwork testing of financial statement accounts, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare workpapers and document audit findings in accordance with firm and professional standards.
• Communicate with clients to request supporting documentation and clarify audit issues.
• Collaborate with team members and senior staff to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
• Contribute to a high-quality client experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
