About The Position

Aprio is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead high-quality audit engagements that help clients achieve financial accuracy, clarity, and confidence. The role manages client engagements from planning through reporting, builds lasting client relationships, and contributes to the growth and development of audit professionals. It offers exposure to diverse industries, including Manufacturing and Technology, within a progressive, fast-growing firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience in Manufacturing and/or Technology industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CaseWare or comparable audit software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Licensed CPA.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements with accuracy, technical skill, and professional judgment.
• Prepare audit work papers and adjusting trial balances.
• Plan and schedule client engagements with effective time management.
• Assemble trial balances and compile financial statements into clear, written reports.
• Communicate the accuracy of financial statements and key financial information to clients and team members.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of team members.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
