About The Position
The Capital Markets team is seeking an experienced real estate finance attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. This attorney will be interacting with clients and responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. This is a non-partnership track opportunity. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member of the Bar in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with loan level due diligence is preferred but not necessary.
