About The Position

This role is for a Senior Attorney specializing in Managed Care within the Chief Legal Counsel department. The position is full-time, operates during the day, and is remote. The salary range is $146,000.00 to $248,200.00 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus incentive.

Requirements

  • Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
  • Juris Doctorate degree required.
  • 5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.
  • Experience working with provider/payer agreements
  • Experience drafting and advising on managed care payer agreements

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating managed care agreements, including value based care arrangements.
  • Advising on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, including risk adjustment compliance.
  • Advising on disputes and litigation related to payer payment and contractual issues.
  • Advising on clinically Integrated Network issues and antitrust compliance.
