Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Seven plus years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
Superior analytical and legal research skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants

Responsibilities

Develop case strategy focused on strong, efficient outcomes.
Lead matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Take and defend depositions and lead meet-and-confer efforts.
Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
Guide and develop the team supporting your caseload.
