About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Atlassian products. This includes creating and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions, as well as designing and implementing custom workflows, schemes, fields, and screens to meet business needs. You will also configure and manage integrations between Atlassian tools and other systems, and be responsible for the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of Atlassian applications and plugins. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, providing technical assistance, investigating and resolving system performance issues, and developing and delivering training sessions. Additionally, you will create user documentation, work with stakeholders to implement customized solutions, gather requirements for new features, and monitor and analyze system performance and usage data to suggest improvements.

Requirements

10+ years' experience with Atlassian
In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.), including administration features, workflows, custom fields, and integrations.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Atlassian tools.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Capacity to analyze data and identify areas for optimization within the Atlassian platform.
