About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. They are seeking experienced attorneys to join their team in the Delaware office. The firm offers a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience. Positions are available in full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

• The ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred
