About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. They are seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join their team in the Manhattan, NY office. The firm offers a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience. Positions are available in FT remote, hybrid, or onsite capacities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
• Ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred
