About The Position

AuxoAI is a global platform-based services firm that helps companies turn their strategies into practical digital and AI solutions. By understanding how clients make decisions, AuxoAI uses digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to drive growth, enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and provide clear, actionable insights from data. AuxoAI assists clients in accelerating their digital and AI journeys through AI Application Development, Data, Digital and Cloud acceleration using AI, and AI Native Product Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, software engineering, data analytics, AI, or a related professional services environment.
• Experience independently owning significant workstreams on complex client engagements.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including senior leaders, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to independently drive workstreams from problem definition through implementation while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, SQL or similar technologies.
• Experience designing, building, or implementing AI-enabled solutions, automations, data products, prototypes, or technical proofs of concept.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams and translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions.
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning, particularly in AI/ML and emerging technologies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating across distributed or offshore teams.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience at a leading consulting firm, technology company, or high-growth startup.
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to proposal development, client presentations, or business development activities.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies, analytics, data platforms, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Own significant workstreams within client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, measurable business outcomes, and strong client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute recommendations across business, data, technology, and AI initiatives.
• Structure complex business problems, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and develop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and delivery plans.
• Help define solution approaches for AI, data, analytics, and technology initiatives, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and architects to support solution design, delivery priorities, and technical implementation.
• Contribute hands-on when needed through coding, prototyping, AI agent development, workflow automation, data analysis, and technical experimentation.
• Mentor junior consultants, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, and contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Stay current on emerging AI and data technologies, proactively identifying practical opportunities to apply them for client and business impact.
