About The Position

Brookfield Credit is seeking a Senior Associate/Vice President, Strategic Initiatives to support senior leadership in advancing key business priorities across the platform. This role is focused on the development of analysis, insights, and high-quality materials to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and product development. The individual will report to the Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives, and collaborate with teams across Brookfield to translate complex information into clear, actionable outputs. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, this role offers an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Credit business and the wider Brookfield ecosystem, while contributing to high-impact, firm-wide initiatives. Given the continued growth and evolution of Brookfield Credit, the scope of this role is expected to develop over time. The position requires flexibility, strong execution skills, and an ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and unstructured environment.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in investing, investment banking, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information across multiple strategies
  • Experience preparing senior-level materials (e.g., investment committee memos, strategy presentations, or similar outputs)
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Brookfield’s investment approach, culture, and operating model is highly valued
  • Experience working across multiple teams or strategies within a large, complex platform is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality of output

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining analytics to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and senior leadership discussions
  • Preparing high-quality materials, including presentations, investment narratives, and internal briefing documents
  • Synthesizing inputs from multiple investment teams into clear, structured outputs
  • Translating complex investment strategies, portfolio data, and market developments into concise, decision-ready materials
  • Supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives, including conducting market, competitor, and portfolio analysis
  • Partnering with investment teams to gather and refine inputs used in strategic materials and deliverables
  • Supporting preparation for senior-level meetings, including materials development, analysis, and follow-up coordination
  • Contributing to improved processes and frameworks to enhance information sharing and coordination across the platform
